Hi ,
pyLastupdateDate column not updated post BIX extract when "Use last updated time as start" is checked. BIX extract rule created for Data-Corr-Email class.

To clarify the above, you have executed the extract rule at least once and the table pr_extract_time does not have the pyLastUpdateDateTime column populated?
For the first time when an extract rule is executed, all the data is fetched. Subsequently if "Use last updated time as start" is checked, the previous run's time is used to extract the data that has changed since then.

thanks for ur reply.
Scenario here is BIX extraction is done through manually for the first time through unix shell script. pyLastUpdateDate was updated in the table.( Sep 30)... and for the next BIX execution ( every month ending) , the pylastupdatedate is not getting updated at all...it is still Sep 30th

Please share the log files with debug logging enabled to see what is happening. Also, please check the execution history tab of the extract rule to see if there are any errors reported there.

Sharing the log file with debug logging enabled would help here. Alternatively, you can enable global DB trace for command line BIX and see the queries being executed along with prepared values to see if the right values are being passed for the query.

Hi nistr my I ask you something about BIX.
I create Extract rule using only "Use Last Updated time as Start".
I think when the rule run it will compare pxUpdateDateTime from table Work with coulmn pyLastupdateDate in table PR_EXTRACT_TIME.
correct or not?
I try to update pxUpdateDateTime in my Work Object to now, but Extract rule doen't select that work to extract.

When using "use last updated time as start" when you run the extraction (except for the first time) the pr_extract_time value will be used as the startime and the current time minus 5 minutes will be used at the end time.
