We have a requirement where we need to export a property value to BIX whenever only property changes on a work object. This is a RTE property.

The work object in itself has a different BIX extract rule and agent to export all the case level properties into BIX based on case pxUpdateDateTime value.

In order to meet the property level back up of case, we are planning to write a declare onChange rule and create a new DateTime property to store the date time whenever any data is updated on this property.

Now, in order to back up this data in BIX, we are trying to use the new dateTime property in filter criteria and compare with "Last Extract Time" value. So, whenever this property dateTime value is greater than "Last Extract Time" value, it should fetch this property value from case and store in BIX table.

Issue here is "Last Extract Time" value is not replacing with date at run time. Please advise.
