pyGridPaginator of customized Dashboard widget disappears after page transition occurs
I want to display a customized report definition at Dashboard of Case Manager like "screenshot1", so I created a section whose settings was Dashboard widget like "screenshot2" and "screenshot3".
When I click a page number or “Next” of customized widget at Dashboard of Case Manager, the subjected page opens properly, but the page number section (pyGridPaginator) disappears after a page transition occurs.
"screenshot4" is "before page transition"
"screenshot5" is "after page transition"
How do I resolve this issue?

Hi,
Thank you for your kind support.
I was able to resolve this issue by creating a new report definition and setting it as a source of table.
I found that pagination works well as expected.
Even though I am not sure about the root cause behind this issue, I resolved the issue.
Thank you,

Hello,
Is it happening to only this grid data or its happening to all the grids in the applications? Could you cross check the pagination behavior for the other grids in your application, if not in the UI gallery to check the behavior.
Another user also specified the pagination getting disappear over here.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I checked whether it is happening to other grids or not. As a result, if I chose "Data Page" as source of table, pagination behavior worked as I expected.
So, is there any possibility that the configuration of report definition is wrong?

I too faced similar kind of issue while using the report definition as source to the grid with the pagination, then after creating a new report definition and new section with my grid the issue got resolved. So i too not sure about the root cause behind this issue, when i had raised an SR with GCS team this is the resolution which i got. May be you can try to source another report definition to your grid and check whether the issue is happening or not, if so then i would suggest you to raise an SR with the GCS team so that they can help you to find the root cause of your failure with Report definition usage in grid.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I too found that the pagination works well as expected when using the other report definition as source of table.
I will raise an SR to resolve this issue.

Then it looks like issue is coming from your report definition or your section, you can try to create a new report definition without any filter or sorting criteria and try to check the pagination behavior in your grid. If it works fine then try to add the filter or sorting criteria one by one and test the behavior, this way you can find the root cause of your issue before going ahead for the SR creation.
