Push notifications are not shown as popup in mobile
In Pega 827 (Hybrid client - 7.41.xxx & Android 9),push notifications are being received as popups (or alerts) in the mobile app.
After upgrade to Pega 8.4 (Using Infinity client by default) we are receiving the push notifications as normal notifications on the status bar of the mobile app instead of popup alerts.
Is this the default behavior? Any configurations to be done additionally to get them back how it was? any pointers to achieve it?

Hello,
This behavior is expected. Now all the notifications appear on a status bar no matter if the user is actively using the app or not.

This is a desired requirement from business. Is there any way to achieve the push notifications as popup?
