Polling interval for push notifications 8.4.1

Need information for the PRPC 8.4.1 1. What kind of polling does Pega 8.4.1 has for push notifications? 2. What is the time interval polling gets triggered?

It should use websockets by default but may switch to long polling if needed. Time interval? I'm not sure.
