Unable to trace agent run in Pega 8.4.1
Receiving an error when trying to trace an agent after upgraded to Pega 8.4.1

Worked fine in Pega 8.3.1
I have the necessary role: PegaRULES:SysOpsAdministrator
Also no popup blockers.

How about if you use an OOTB OperatorID?

Although I cannot update [email protected] because of organization restriction, i cloned that id and used that.
However, that did not help either.

Did you try with Trace next Run? I think that way you will be able to trace the next run of Agent.

Yes, tried that option and others(Trace Now, Trace Next earliest run) too but no luck.

I am facing same issue in pega 8.4.0. Do we need to raise SR for this?

I did raise an SR for this and I was told that this is a product issue and has been addressed in Pega 8.5 or will be addressed in later versions of Pega 8.4.
