Push Notification In Desktop
Hi, Notifcation rule help to push notifcation for desktop, mobile n can trigger email. I have a doubt is the push notification for desktop bell icon will notify or increase the notification count automatically without user interaction. Means, whether unread count will be updated without clicking the bell icon? Is the PRPushServlet helps for it?

Your use case should possibly be implemented using push notifications. You may have to write a control to show the count on an icon.
