Privilege Issue for GetNextWork.

Hi Team,

i have requirement on GetNextWork functionality.

when i click on GetNextWork button, highest urgency case should be open. when i am doing this, i am facing Privilege issue. Privilege check error is throwing and case is not opening. I have configured "OpenDeveloperForm" privilege to access role, but still no luck.

can anyone face this issue before, What is the privilege for GetNextWork.

Highly appreciate if anyone reply on this.
