User Privilege issues.
Hi,
I am facing an issue while moving a User Privilege code from Dev Environment to staging(QA).
I have ABC Access Role for that i am having PQR Privilege if i open the "PQR" Privilege in Dev it is showing up 2 ABO but the same thing if i opened it in Staging (QA) it is opening as 3 ARO.. How it is possible ? everything is same Ruleset version in staging (QA) and Dev. In my Product i have added pzInsKey of Access role and ARO as well.
I am using Version 7.1.9
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Was the third ARO manually updated in the Staging(QA) environment to include the privilege or imported as part of a different Product file (RAP)?

Do the creation and update dates on the history tab provide a clue as to when the third ARO was set up?
