RichText Editor - Validation and on change issues.

Hi, In Pega 6.3 SP1 RichText Editor control , Onchange events , Edit validate rules defined in property are not fired. I want to handle crosssite scripting by entering editvalidate rule.But validate rules are not firing. Please help to update.
