Intermittent End User Issues.
Hi Team,
End users have been reporting one of the below mentioned issues on intermittent basis (irrespective of the type of work flow).Couldnt find anything relevant in the logs (Application Stack : PRPC731,MSSQL and Tomcat 8.5.13).Is this a product issue ? Network issue ?
1)A message ‘This action is not allowed as it is outside current transaction’ with grey background 2)A blank screen with white background and/or with sad smiley face.
Please suggest where to start and troubleshoot/resolve further.
