Auto retry of GetNextWork
Hi All,
We have a requirement to automatically retry the get next work option (Instead of user clicks) when the user does not get any case after performing get next work manually. In this scenario, we display a harness that includes a message that No Assignments are available. In order to solve this, We tried adding a java script in this section which uses SetTimeout function for auto reload. But with this we are facing issues as the script keeps on running even if the user traverses to dashboard (Thread names are same for harness and dashboard).
Any other better ways to solve this requirement? Appreciate your help

Our requirement is to systematically perform getnextwork on behalf of user (Without user interaction) until system finds a case for the user.

Thanks for the response. In this approach, we tried to uniquely identify the threads and added a condition if the active thread is equal to the thread name of the harness which executes the script, we are running the script. But it looks like the thread name of the harness is matching with the thread name of the screen from which user invoked the GNW option (Dashboard etc). Is there any other alternatives?
