GetNextWork WorkBasket Error
Hi all,
When I'm trying to access work objects in WorkBasket A (Which I have defined on the Operator ID record and checked the "Get from workbasket first"), I'm getting an error statement "Problem invoking function: pega_rules_utilities.AccessGroupToSwitchTo--(String), Undefined class "BNS-CB-SS-RSC-Work-TransactionProcessingandMCB". Could anybody help me please. Fetching from worklist is working fine. But from workbasket it's not happening.

Hi Pankaj,
Could you perform the clear restart of the JVM, so that the libraries will be recompiled during startup and let us know the behavior.

It is failing in WorkUtilities • pzOpenAssignmentForGetNextWork function near pega_rules_utilities.AccessGroupToSwitchTo(strWorkClass);
You can add and enable Process Engine event in tracer and see for additional information.
