Customozing GetNextWork
Hi,
I have a requirement to customize the GetNextWork,We have 4 workbaskets A,B,C & D in application. When user click on GetNextAssignment, it should pick the work item only from A,C & D workbasket. It should not pick it from B workbasket even one of work item has highest urgency.How to customize this.

Use the Merge workbaskets? option to organize all assignments in all of the workbaskets the user is associated with into a single list before the list is filtered and sorted. In some applications, a user may be associated to additional workbaskets other than the workbasket associated to the user's work group. When the Merge workbaskets? option is selected, use the Use all workbasket assignments in the user’s work group option to limit the assignments available to the user to only those assignments listed in the workbasket of the user's work group.

I'm assuming that you have not customized Assign-Workbasket.canperform access when rule.
solution: Add an access role to workbasket B. Do not add that role to the user. This means, user doesn't have access to workbasket B now. Therefore, GetNextWork will not consider assignments in workbasket B as user doesn't have access to it.
