Post Upgrade, stage list is not displayed

We have recently upgraded Pega from 7.2 to 8.6.1. The UI kit has been updated to 14.01 version. Post upgrade we noticed couple of issues in UI -

1. The work object life cycle where the list of stages and steps are mentioned is not displayed. 

2. Selection of an autocomplete is not happening. Only the typed in value remains post selection instead of complete name from the list.

Please suggest what needs to be updated to get these working.
