Post Pega 7.2 upgrade, upon logging into designer studio using application user, blank screen is displayed.
Post Pega 7.2 upgrade, upon logging into designer studio using application user, blank screen is displayed. But the same works fine with [email protected].

In customer application 'WorkFormStandard' HTML Fragment was overridden, hence JQuery related JS and CSS were not getting loaded. By overridding OOTB 'WorkFormStandard' HTML Fragment rules this issue is resloved.

Are you able to log into the system using [email protected]?
Make sure that "WorkFormStandard" HTML fragment is empty. All the customizations need to be retrofitted using Pega 7 feature.

Hi Dhevendra,
"WorkFormStandard" rule is locked and we don't have any open accessgroups/rulesets to make a saveas and edit the rule. Private edit doesn't reflect the changes.Can you suggest us for some other approach.

I am assuming that you are able to login to the Pega 7 upgrade instance using [email protected].
If so then you can try one thing. in your Pega 6 environment change that rule in one of the open or existing application rule set then take only R-A-P of that rule and import into Pega 7 using [email protected]
