Pega Survey is part Pega 7.3.1

Do we need separate installation of Pega Survey 7.22 or it is part of Pega Suite 7.3.1?

For versions later than Pega 7.2.2, PegaSurvey is delivered as a standard ruleset in the Pega Platform. The below PDN page has more information:

Thanks for the reply. When I talked to support, I was told Pega Survey is included in 7.3.1 as generic platform edition and we need to install separate Survey 7.22 version to implement few features. Please confirm.

Hi,
Pega survey is now part of Pega 7.3 and beyond as a feature. You no longer need the installed framework unless on Pega 7.2.2 or prior.
