Is Pega survey part of 8.3?

In PDN article I came across the message " Before you begin: You must purchase a separate license before using the survey functionality in your application." .

But in 8.3 version of PEGA I can still configure survey and use. its quite contradictory.

Can you please provide the clarification as we are having production release planned in near future.

But the article updated on April 2020, and the version mentioned in the article is 8.4. Below is the article link
