HTMLToPDF Font Shrink 7.3.1
We're currently using HTMLToPDF to create letters to be sent out, however the font size seems to shrink by a certain percentage when it gets converted. for example size 20 in Pega will look like size 11 in the PDF. the HTML does contains the font size in it.
seen lots of support documents and hot fixes for earlier versions but cannot find anything about this in version 7.3.1, any help would be appreciated.

Do your sections used to generate the PDF file contain numerous repeat grid structures? During PDF generation font size will be reduced in order to keep all the repeat grid columns on one line.
Do your sections used to generate the PDF file contain Paragraphs which include text? The paragraph rule changes were not saved so the PDF production used the unchanged paragraph rule content.

For the above two behaviors (may be more use cases ), when using OOTB HTMLToPDF activity, the font size becomes smaller in the generated PDF file as compared to the source.

we aren't using sections, we're using correspondence templates and setting them into a single property Parameter to be passed into the activity it is set to table style if that would make a difference?
below is an example:
"<TABLE style ="+"PADDING-RIGHT:140px;"+"PADDING-LEFT:140px;"+"<TR><TD align="+"justify"+">"+"LETTER CONTENT HERE"+"</TD></TR></TABLE>"
however we've also noticed that the text size does increase if we increase it Pega, so Font size 20 in Pega appears as 11 in the PDF, font size 16 in Pega will appear as 9 in the PDF. as if it is just shrinking all text by a percentage and not just to a uniformed size to fit into the grid style.
