[Pega 7.3.1 ]Page-Copy is not working as expected

The Page-Copy method is giving below error while copying the pyWorkPage into TempworkPage and it's an intermittent issue.

pyAttachments OOTB property is referring to D_AttachmentList to populate attachment details.

I got couple of PDN articles that are related to Page-Copy method but those are not related to MLP 7.3.1
