I am not able to find pega 7.3.1 software for download. I want to download pega 7.3.1 software.

Pega Personal Edition software is intended for demo purpose and is provided for the latest Pega Platform version. The current version is Pega 8.3.0 so you'll be able to download this version.

It is always advised to download above pega 8  to download and recommended is n and n-1 versions. Latest release is Pega 8.3
