Pega 7.3.1 Installation Issue

Hi Team,

While preparing for a LSA exam, I got the below link to download the Pega personal edition 7.3.1 . I did try to install the software in my personal edition but it did not succeed. I did try the options by googling but not successful.

Occasionally the PE installation script fails to work "perfectly" meaning start the postgres database and tomcat node after installing the code. This does not mean that the installation is a failure. it just means that you need to close the installation script, shutdown the PE, then restart the PE.
