PE 7.3.1 installation issue.

I have a similar issue mentioned in the mentioned link https://collaborate.pega.com/question/install-pega-73-pe
But i do have only Java 8. But still getting the error "Unsuccessful Installation"
Please help me out.

@Nalins_99 reached out to the Moderation Team and advised that by clearing the cache and reinstalling the package resolved this.

As suggested, i unzipped the file again and continued with the installation and it was successful. But it is very slow. Earlier version i did not have this issue. Any solution or suggestion for it.

Hi,
What is the heap memory you have configured and check the database is working as expected or not. If possible try to restart the database server and check the performance.
