Pega Service Level Agent Lock Contingency
Hi,
We have enabled Process Service Level Agent in two of our Nodes. For few of the cases it is encountering Lock Contingency error. These cases are only processed by SLA agent so intervention from other Agent is not possible. Can anybody shed a light on it or how to fix it.
