Hi Bhuveen,
There are a couple of things that you have to check,
- Is the issue consistent?
- If you have a multi-node env, is it happening over all the nodes?
- Did you change the agent schedule of Pega-ProCom related to your node? You can get the nodeID from SMA and on the Agent schedule, you can find the NodeID it is related to.
- If you have a doubt that the agent schedule for that particular node was edited, you can delete it and the system generates it within ten mins(Whenever the master agent runs) with proper configuration.
