Reporting on service calls
Need a report on all services (RULE-SERVICE-XX) call happening in PEGA cloud base application 8.5.4 version. Report needs the details below.
- Service Rule Type
- Name of the Service
- Number of Interactions (in day)
- Status of call (Success/Failure)
Tried to explore below options:
a) OOTB "Usage Summary Report" or "Service Invocation Report" which is not detail one.
b) OOTB service monitoring tool which is limited to SERVICE-REST type only.
Please suggest, if any one implemented solution.
