Pega Monotoring Report for service calls
Hi,
I have a requirement, My client system is hitting Pega for several operations in the form of Connectors and service.
Client want a daily report with data like;
1. how many times client is hitting the PEGA by any services.
2.As a summary report we need give them number of hits, average response time, max response time and min response time.
3.in the list report, client want to know
the each request
i)what is the duration,
ii)when the Pega got the request and when it responded.
Can somebody help me to find any OOTB Reports or solution to achieve the above requirement.

Standard OOB reports would be Designer Studio >> System >> License and then either "Usage Summary Report" or "Service Invocation Report". However, response times are not tracked.
Fortunately, Pega has Autonomic Event Services (AES) - "AES is an independent, self-contained system that gathers, monitors, and analyzes performance and health indicators from multiple Pega BPM systems across the enterprise. AES combines server-level and BPM-level enterprise monitoring in a single web-based tool."

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your reply, We have AES ci=onfigured in my application and monitoring the health checks and all. But my requirement to show all the service hits and time in a report and shedule it as daily emails with the above mentioned data.

You will have to explore the functionality available in AES. If needed, you can open a consulting request to gain additional direction. Unless, some other member here can jumpstart your effort.
