Pega SA - Alternate Stage Not Showing In The Portal

Hi there,

We have created two Cases, one for BTB Opportunity and one for B2C Opportunity.

All new stages are appearing fine in the Portal but Alternate stage does not.

I have checked D_crmCaseStagesSteps DataPage and when it is loaded it does not contain the alternate stage.

Please let me know what could be missing.

SA Version is 7.31.
