Hi,

I developed a PEGA Robotics Project with Visual Studio Enterprise 2015. My development machine is installed as follows:
- OS: Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1607
- Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise
- OpenSpan Plug-in for Visual Studio 2015
- .NET Framework 4.5/4.5.1/4.5.2/4.6/4.6.1

On my development machine everything is running fine. But, if I copy the compiled project to a colleague's PC and load the project with the Pega Robotics Runtime, the following error occurs:
Error processing {Project name}
Error code 4B0930 when starting process. OpenSpan raised an error during initialization. Quit process and restart. If error occurs again, please contact manufactor.

The colleague's machine:
- OS: Windows 10 Professional, Version 1803
- .NET Framework 4.5/4.5.1/4.5.2/4.6/4.6.1
- OpenSpan Pega Robotics Runtime, Version 8

The user rights have been checked and they are sufficient and correct. All used resources are available. That means, that all steps can be executed manually.
