Error while connecting from Pega Runtime to Robot Manager: robotics/v1/runtimeconfigs

Configuration:

Robot Manager: v8.2.2

Runtime Version: 8.0.2014.0

Package is deployed to package server and is available in Robot Manager. However, I am getting below error in Robot Manager when trying to connect from Runtime to Robot Manager. Note there is no such service as runtimeconfigs

It seems to be RM and Robotics installed is not compatible. Please go through the below link for more details:

Also verify the PRPC version as well.

Hi , 

 Hope you have enable robot manager in commonconfig and set RPA to false. Please set RPA to true and runtime will not make this call. 

Also as you are in Robot manager 8.2.2, it is recommended to use  Pega Robotic Automation 8.0 SP1 2029 or later.
