Error on Launching Citrix XenApp published Pega Robotics Runtime

Hi All,

I'm getting an error on launching the Citrix Published Pega Robotics Runtime.

XenApp version: 6.5

Pega Runtime : 8.0.1030

We tried updating the encryption level for the icon ( as per - https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/91504-you-do-not-have-the-proper-encryption-level-to-access-this-session/ ) from Basic to 128-Bit(RC-5) and the error persisted.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions on how we can resolve this.

Hello,

I've seen this issue before, but generally speaking a Citrix admin will have better guidance on how to fix it than we would. When I saw it previously I was able to get past it by performing the following steps: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX124879
