Pega Robotics and Citrix Integration - Citrix Client compatibility
Dear Colleagues,
We're working on a Robotic POC where customer wants to assess Pega Robotics Citrix integration capabilities.
We’ve managed to configure Citrix Connectivity as described in implementation guide.
Citrix session is launched and user session is listed on server side …. Nevertheless pop up is appearing stating that the "Pega Robotics Runtime will exit because it cannot connect to the server", after clicking on OK the session is immediately closed.
We initially thought about some security policies or access restrictions but no such things according to customer citrix expert .
Eventually we found that we're running a configuration which is not exactly listed in this list https://pdn.pega.com/pega-robotic-automation-application-support-matrix
Customer Configuration is : XenApp 6.5 (Windows Server 2008 R2) / Citrix Client 14.4.1000.16

Can anyone from product team confirm that XenApp 6.5 / Citrix 14.4 is not compatible ?
