Problem Integrating Pega Robotics 19.0.41 with Citrix XenApp 7.xx.xx
We are trying to automate Citrix publish app through XenApp 7 and StoreFront URL. We followed all the steps mentioned in the document.
1. Install Pega Robot Development Studio 19.1.41 & Citrix Channel on Citrix desktop
2. Install Pega Runtime 19.1.41 on Citrix Server where Citrix App is setup
3. Developed package is copied on the same location c:\temp on server as well as desktop
When we execute the package on client desktop it shows timeout error. Had multiple webex sessions with support team but could not find the root cause of this problem.
In Citrix channel setup folder openspan,native.dll & openspan.supertrace.dll files are missing. Are they mandatory to resolve this timeout problems?

Working with support is your best means of finding a resolution. I would need access to your machines (Citrix and local) to really offer any type of troubleshooting. Generally-speaking, the first thing I do when I have a Citrix mixed-mode project is to create a really simple solution with a windows form inside the Citrix context and outside. That allows me to verify that the local runtime is actually launching the one in Citrix. That seems to not be the case, so I would examine the RuntimeLog to see what the issue might be.

We just looked at the installation help URL and noticed that the openspan files mentioned below are not installed on our Studio environment after we install Pega Citrix Channel Driver

I do not have access to your ticket to look at your logs. I would suggest that you work with support as they can actually get hands-on with your systems and assist.Those files are part of the installation of Runtime, so they get copied when you install the channel driver. You shouldn't need extra copies of them as they should be present on your machine already.
- Your local machine should have Runtime (or Studio or Plugin) installed.
- Runtime should be installed on the Citrix server.
- The Channel Driver install should be performed on your local machine.
- Create a solution using the Citrix context and add a windows form inside the context and outside the context. Change the colors or text or something so you can tell them apart.
- Configure your Citrix context.
- Create a deployment package and place it in the location specified in the context (this is where the Runtime on the Citrix server will access the deployment package from).
- Test your solution.

I checked all the machines where we have installed Channel Driver. But these file are not available on any system.
- Your local machine should have Runtime (or Studio or Plugin) installed. => YES
- Runtime should be installed on the Citrix server. => YES
- The Channel Driver install should be performed on your local machine. =>YES
- Create a solution using the Citrix context and add a windows form inside the context and outside the context. Change the colors or text or something so you can tell them apart. => YES. Attached solution screen shot for your reference

- Create a deployment package and place it in the location specified in the context (this is where the Runtime on the Citrix server will access the deployment package from). => Deployment package is available in same path for both server and client running Pega Runtime 19.1.41
- Test your solution. => Yes. Error Citrix connection drops after WinForm shows on the screen. Attached zip file for runtime logs on Citrix server as well as on client machine.
