Slowness issue with citrix hosted pega robotics runtime

Dear All,

We have citrix 6.5 xenapp environment and pega runtime is hosted on citrix.

If we open our website though Pega robotics runtime, it takes around 12 sec however if we open same site directly without Pega runtime, it took only 4 sec.

Can you please help /suggest why does Pega runtime take longer time ?

Any help would be appreciated !!!
