RPA Citrix runtime issue
Hi,
We have an application which was hosted inside the citrix. Sometimes when we start our runtime which was installed on the RPA desktop it gets connected to the citrix server but fails to start runtime hosted inside the citrix servers. Did anyone faced this issue? Is there a way to log off connected citrix server and restart the Pega robotics runtime automatically.

I suspect there must be something with your environment as the remote session should get closed when you log off. This is most likely an issue with your Citrix session, but getting hands-on would probably most helpful in a quick resolution. I would suggest that you open a support request. If you do, please record the SR number here so the resolution can be tracked.

Thanks for your reply. In my case, I will start the bots from Robot manager and at that time the local runtime installed in the RPA desktop will be launched and it will try to launch the citrix runtime, if citrix runtime was not launched within certain time or if citrix runtime is not getting launched how can i handle it.
