We currently have some robotic automations which are launched from Pega platform (via the Robotic Runtime REST service - https://localruntime.pega.com:9443).

Our company now wants to move all users onto Citrix workspace desktops where there will be multiple users on each server.

I seem to recall seeing on Pega Community that launching robotic automations via the REST interface is not supported on a shared Citrix workspace environment (presumably because of the 9443 port only being usable by the first user who logs on) but I can't find this mentioned anywhere in the support or installation documents.

Is this still the case? Is there a solution to allow robotic automations to be launched from Pega platform on a shared server?
