Pega Notification Manager does not start
Hello everybody!
I'm having this issue when starting Pega Notification Manager Service: https://community1.pega.com/community/pega-support/question/pega-notification-manager-service-does-not-start
I guess something is blocking the service inizialization, however I don't know how I can proceed to detect the cause and inform to our IT department. Do you know how I can debug and solve the problem?

Without getting hands on, I can't really speculate. Assuming you have the native foundation installed and in the correct location, as indicated in the other post, you must have a different issue. I would suggest that you open a support request. If you do, please notate the SR number here so that we can add the resolution once resolved.

Hi,
I'm experiencing a similar issue and get an error message:-
"Unable to open private shared memory. Verify that Pega Notification Manager is running"
Tried many fixes, however can't seem to diagnose what is blocking it from starting...any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is there an update to this issue?
We are facing a similar issue with our environment on Win 10 and Pega Robotics 19.1.12. The Pega Notification Manager service does not run sometimes after restart of the system, causing the applications to not launch and automations not working as expected. Requires either manual start or system restart again.
