Disable Robot Manager notifications
Hi,
In Pega 8.2.1 with Robot Manager 8.2. I would like to know how to disable robot manager notifications. I have followed the steps defined in this link: https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-robotic-automation/configuring-pega-robot-manager-82#notif_disable_by_default but they still remain.
For example for: pyRobotAutomationTimeOut
- Specialize by ruleset (to move to our application)
- For each channel change dropdown to "Disable"
- In advanced tab check "Mute notification"
And as it can be seen in the attached images the notifications still arise with no sense.

The issue is that the modified notification setting is not accessible by the Robot Manager agent access group. You will have to navigate to the agent schedule, change the access group of the Pega-Robotic-AutomationPackageManagement agent to one that has the access to robot manager application access and the application with the modified notification then restart the agent.
