'Pega Notification Manager' Service does not start
We are currently using Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) 19.1.12 version. Some users with Runtime 19.1.12 (Win 10 systems) have reported that the applications does not launch sometimes when the automation is launched. When checked the system, it was found that the Pega Services - Pega Notification Manager) was not running even though the Startup Type is set to 'Automatic'.
This seem to occur mostly on desktops, and whenever there is a power outage, the service 'PegaNotificationManager' does not start later once the system is restarted.
Is there a fix/workaround for this issue?

Hi,
If you are looking for an approach to start the service once it fails to start. Open services.msc>> right-click on "PegaNotificaionManager" service>>click on Properties>Click on "Recovery" tab>>In first failure: select restart service(similarly you can select action on second failure and so on..).
