We have configured and Pega chatbot in Pega 8.6 and added multiple coonections like messanger and whatsapp. But, some times the bot is behaving weired, replying infinite times when asked a query.

Not able to understand the rott cause, but messages getting flooded in different channels.

Does anyone know about the root cause of this problem or have faced similar issues ?
