Pega ChatBOt
I developed the Pega -ChatBot and Configured it to the Application and is Working Fine,
But 1)how to get the chat session or Chat History when some user is Interacting with the Chat ?
2)will i be able to get the UserID of the Person who is using the BOT?
3)how to use the UI Controls for the Pega Chat_BOT.
Please Share any Document or Links regarding the above Issues.

@KogurA61 - You can get the user id of the person who is using the bot. It depends on the hosting application. If they have the user id and they store it in any cookie or session storage variable you can access it from Pega side.
For the chat history you can refer the work item that is created under "Work-Channel-Chat" class. It should hold all the history related to inbound and outbound messages. Are you using customer service also?

1) Chat history is part of the Interaction Case (pyHistory)
2) Everytime a user interacts a Data-Channel-User instance gets created. That should give you the user ID of the person using the bot. The instance has the interaction case id populated. Interaction Case ID -> Data-Channel-User-> UserID
3) Can you elaborate on this question. Do you mean using different UI controls for the Text area where users can type in the message
