Pega Chatbot - extracting chat data into case
I have been creating chatbot channel and would like to map user data such as name, DOB entered in the chat to the case that would be created though the user command.
Is this possible in Pega chatbot?

@SanthoshReddyM1108 , Hi Could you please try this option, please make the Web chat case type as the Parent case and the case which you have created using the user command as child case and in the Case type rule add the data propagation against the child case.
or else you can use the Update Case shape in the flow and add the child case in the configuration and call a Data transform to populate the details from parent case to child case.
