I'm sharing the following enhancement request observed during Cloud Migration activities.

1. The current version of the on-premise implementation allows you to customize chatbot buttons like Close/Minimize/Maximize. 2. The ability to size the chatbot window or increase its width. The current version of the on-premise implementation allows the window to be maximized. 3. The ability to have a “relative positioning” or provide a floating chatbot icon. The current version of the on-premise implementation allows anchoring at a specific location/link. It circumvents the risk of covering the background window functions/command buttons on the user's UI display. 4. Configuration capability to customize the image of the chat icon.
