Pega call TerminalConnectionDropped
In Pega call , After click on Accept button on popup - most of the times call is not getting connected to the line. After ringing for a while , call is routed back to Queue. In pegaCTI logs , there is a JtapiDevice14TerminalConnectionDropped event before call is changing from Alerting to InProgress Event.
Is there any problem here with the network or do i need to do some configuration in pega.
