Does Pega support actions that will automatically launch outbound phone calls within a case action? We have Pega Call setup and installed and we can manually make calls by entering phone numbers. Is it possible to automatically start one of these calls, say if you just click a phone number in a case? Most documentation I have found refers to inbound calls and not much on outbound ones.
