PegaCall used for Inbound and Outbound Calls (Dialer)

Hi ,

Has anyone used any of the Avaya products for both inbound and outbound calls(a dailer file being sent to Avaya and then it uses predictive dialing).

Please share the Avaya products used to achieve this.
