Hi Team, 

Our application name is LGD BRE. We are on Pega Cloud and version of the Pega platform is "Pega Infinity" 25.1.1

As part of our Pega daily health check activities

a) We are required to monitor the node status

b) Jobs (scheduler) status and

c) Timed out requests for the request sent by customers to the API maintained in our application. 

We have observed that PDC has the capability to send alerts to the designated mail distribution list based on the alerts. Following are the question we have related to this

1) What are the alerts or unique identifier which will be triggered when at least one or more than nodes are down, On similar lines what is the alert that should be considered to trigger notification when one or more jobs related to our application are down.

2) For time out requests what is the unique identified alert number that should be considered

3) Instead of sending individual alerts (which results in spamming) for each of the above scenarios can we combine these all things into a single alert and send to a distribution list dynamically adjusting the text in the notification (based on the component that is down in the application).Is there any capability in PDC which can help us in this regard?
