PDC Notifications And Reports Schedule
There are event-based notifications in PDC. Some events are currently unsupported, and these events are critically important to us. These events are PEGA0005, PEGA0039, PEGA0040, PEGA0004, and PEGA0020. In particular, PEGA0005 and PEGA0020 are primary important and critical for system health.
Additionally, we need the ability to automatically run reports created under PDC Reports at time intervals. We would also like these reports to be sent via email to relevant teams or applications. For this, we need a mechanism similar to a decision table. Currently, there is no active scheduler mechanism in PDC to meet this requirement.
Therefore, we request the implementation of a system that meets the following needs:
-Adding notification support for PEGA0005, PEGA0039, PEGA0040, PEGA0004, and PEGA0020 events
-Creating a scheduler mechanism in PDC to schedule and automatically run reports and send them via email
