Pega 7.3.1 installation issue - ORA-29545: badly formed class: User has attempted to load a class

Hello,

While installing pega 7.3.1 through IUA, getting below error

Error :java.sql.SQLException: ORA-29545: badly formed class: User has attempted to load a class (com.pega.pegarules.data.udf.directstreamreader.CachedDirectStream) into a restricted package. Permission can be granted using dbms_java.grant_permission(<user>, LoadClassInPackage...

PFA, for complete log and suggest what could be wrong.

Followed post https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/prpc-718-installation-fails-due-udf-jars wherein for the similar issue wherein they asked to install udf prior to runninig IUA.

If so, could you please provide details steps of it.

Hello,

You can follow the Appendix D — Installing userdefined functions section in the attached document to install the UDFs manually and bypass it while running from IUA. Based on your log file noticed that you are using the Oracle DB, so attached the respective document.
