We are uplifting 6.3 to 7.2.1 and have a number of frameworks to uplift as part of that process (CS, CSFS, SCM, FSIF, PegaCall).

The approach that we are taking for the upgrade is to create the split schema (data and rules) in our dev environment and then migrate that rules schema to the higher environments and do a "data only" upgrade on the current single schema in those environments (qa and prod).

Do the frameworks need to be re-installed in each environment or do we just capture the sql commands genereated in the dev environment by the framework installs and just run those in the higher environments since the rules should already be in the rules schema migrated up from dev.
